Glass is 100% Recyclable

A glass bottle takes 1 million years to break down while in a landfill. When the waste management companies discontinued Glass Recycling, Patrick Stewart, saw an opportunity to fill the demand to recycle glass. Patrick started Patrick’s Glass Recycling his Senior Year at Oakton High School - 2 weeks before the Pandemic shut everything down. Patrick’s Glass Recycling has recycled an estimated of 5 million bottles since February 25, 2020.
